HR Assistant

Location: On-Site

What you will be doing:
  • Maintain agendas and schedule meetings, staff sync-ups, and HR events.

  • Uses a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, employment sites, and other media.

  • Collaborates with the marketing team to ensure that job descriptions posted on the corporate website are relevant and on-trend.

  • Supports all requests or enquiries regarding HR, both internal and external.

  • Stay track on the latest HR trends and best practices.

  • Contributes suggestions for revising or introducing new company policies that will improve the current procedures.

  • Pre-Employment Process

    • Conduct interview screening, then evaluate and offer suggestions.

    • Aside from keeping track of new hires' records, also collaborates with a compensation and benefits specialist to establish and maintain employee digital and paper records.

    • Send in a status report every day.

  • Staff Engagement

    • Participate in employee engagement activities and contribute suggestions, such as those relating to employee welfare and Exodia’s company culture.

    • Ensures that all programs are effectively communicated to the staff, and promotes and encourages their participation in these events.

Lead Game Designer

Location: On-Site

What you will be doing:
  • Create and manage video game projects from inception to conclusion, making sure they are developed according to their intended budget, schedule, and creative direction.

  • Make sure the game concept is attainable and enjoyable by working with the producers, artists, and programmers.

  • Create and keep up with design documentation that covers gameplay mechanics, player experience, level design, and plot.

  • Throughout the game production process, take artistic expression, technical viability, and business viability into consideration.

  • Determine and address any design flaws in the game, such as problems with player progression, game balance, or player motivation.

  • To help with design decisions, run playtesting sessions and analyze player comments.

  • To ensure that the game design is cutting-edge and competitive, keep up with market trends and technological advancements.

  • Work together with other designers to generate fresh concepts.

  • Organize and guide the team's younger designers.

UX Designer

What you will be doing:
  • Identify UX issues and build innovative solutions.

  • Work with programmers, game designers, and artists to produce interesting player-facing features by converting objectives and restrictions into them.

  • User research and testing activities should be organized, carried out, and the results and analysis should be prepared.

  • UX designs should be presented and pitched to the team, producers, leadership, and clients.

  • Aid in the creation of best practices and UX design procedures.

Game Designer

What you will be doing:
  • Design games that captivate players and capture their imaginations for a variety of devices and platforms using your creativity

  • A new game's settings, rules, plot, props, vehicles, character interface, and modes of play should all be carefully considered, planned, and detailed.

  • Create a concept document, then utilize it to persuade the production team that the game is worthwhile.

  • To ascertain the preferences of your target market, undertake market research.

  • Turn a vague concept into a specific plan, then put it into action.

  • Scriptwriting and storyboarding

  • Construct a prototype, a scaled-down playable version of the game, in cooperation with other people, such as game developers, artists, and programmers.

  • Play the game with quality assurance (QA) testers so they can perform proper testing.

  • To create, use, and improve UI resources for games.

Requirements:
  • Geared with Adobe Photoshop.

  • UX basics knowledge.

  • Capable of being adapted to a wide range of UI art styles and elements

Graphic/Concept Artist

What you will be doing:
  • Design in-game graphics for virtual AAA worlds, such as but not limited to logos, signage, branding for product packaging, and illustrations and concepts.

  • Produce graphic designs that are realistic, convey purposeful content, and clearly identify a variety of products.

  • Establish the client briefs' scope, go over it with the team, and work closely with the senior project manager. Assist in capturing the visual expectations of the clients for the spaces they are building.

  • To offer original artwork with a variety of art forms and visuals, and to precisely integrate text, color, and layout.

Requirements:
  • Highly innovative

  • Able to stay ahead of the curve with all graphic trends and merge art and technology

3D Artist

3D Rigger

Location: On-Site

What you will be doing:
  • Create adaptable, effective rigid or organic rigs that meet all technical and artistic needs while adhering to the production workflow by working with the rigging supervisor and animation director.

  • Make certain that rigs are spotless, effective, and optimized.

  • Making joints and movable points for rotation and pivot

  • Creating, evaluating, and preserving character rig arrangements

  • Keep all rigs' naming conventions and animation control structures consistent with the established procedures.

  • Ensure that all pipeline protocols are followed consistently.

  • Observe the deadlines and production goals set by the supervisor and coordination team.

Requirements:
  • An creative awareness of motion and behavior, as well as a solid grasp of character anatomy (including facial expressions)

  • Having 3D software knowledge is a necessity (eg Maya, Blender, Houdini, etc)

  • Having a broad knowledge of animation methods and styles and having a solid understanding of how animation is produced for cinema and/or television

3D Lead Rigger

What you will be doing:
  • Utilizing MAYA, build rigs for 3D animal and character models with an emphasis on distortion quality;

  • Collaborate with the 3D animation lead to develop rigs that are appropriate for animation and to make sure configurations are Integrated and maintained;

  • Uphold the deadlines and output targets set by the coordination team and the 3D animation lead.

  • Execute the corrections suggested by the client and the 3D animation lead by exercising analytical thinking;

  • Organize your work and get your presentation materials approved;

  • Train and mentor other rigging team members to meet current industry standards

Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of experience, with at least 3 years of those being spent rigging MAYA character models.

3D Animator

  • Contribute to the process of creating digital and 3D animations and keep a creative vision constantly.

  • Review, confirm, and update the status of your given tasks and responsibilities on a regular basis.

  • Participate in all required meetings, teams, and activities for the allocated project in collaboration with others.

  • Characters or descriptions that are action-based as well as animals, scenery, and cameras that are animated.

  • Capable of creating a collection of animation elements using Motionbuilder and Maya.

How are your employees currently set up in view of the COVID-19 situation? What does this reflect in terms of hiring?

Due to the present COVID-19 scenario, our employment procedure and workplace are mostly conducted online using Discord and scheduled interviews. You must have a reliable internet connection.

However, everyone is required to complete the majority of the work in person, on-site at our studios in Guadalupe, Cebu City, once we fully reopen our offices.

There are also agreements and rules in place for full-time staff to safeguard the project and maintain equitable working conditions.

Who can apply?

We welcome everyone who has some experience and a lot of passion for game creation. It's strongly advised to have a solid portfolio, especially for creative positions.

Who can apply for internship?

We don't have any internship openings right now.

However, when we do, candidates for internships must be full-time college or university students. For both of us to benefit, the ideal internship should last at least three months.
